- strong attendance
- commitment to safety
- willingness to be cross-trained and rotate through all warehouse functions
- regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- able to withstand heights up to 30 feet
- experience operating warehouse power equipment safely
- basic problem solving skills
- basic math and number recognition skills

Job Duties
- verify delivery bills and product received to ensure accuracy and compliance
- recognize and address warehouse issues such as overages, shortages, and damaged products
- stock warehouse materials considering quantity, size, weight, and volume
- process customer orders using warehouse order picking software
- pack items following best practices to secure products
- prepare shipping documentation, including weight, piece count, and freight classification
- assist in training new employees
