Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or distribution coordination
- Proficiency in warehouse systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift certification or familiarity with warehouse equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or distribution coordination
- Proficiency in warehouse systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in SAGE is a plus
- Forklift certification or familiarity with warehouse equipment
- Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory control best practices and shipping documentation
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards in warehouse operations
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Job Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse scheduling to ensure efficient shipping, receiving, and staffing activities
- Track and manage lot codes to ensure full product traceability and regulatory compliance
- Perform and reconcile inventory cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Prepare, verify, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) to ensure accurate and timely shipments
- Conduct quality inspections for both incoming and outgoing goods
- Enter and maintain data accurately within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Support and collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and external vendors to resolve operational issues
- Ensure all warehouse practices align with safety regulations and internal policies
