Distillery Server/Bartender

The role we are currently offering is a multifaceted position based primarily in our Tasting Room and retail space. This job requires a versatile individual comfortable with bartending, serving, and retail associate responsibilities. The successful candidate will be the face of Company Distilling to our patrons, providing top-tier customer service while educating customers about our products and the craft of distillation. The role demands a keen attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and a commitment to consistent quality in all customer interactions, from preparing and serving cocktails to managing cash transactions and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Tasting Room.

You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and professionally, verifying age and identification, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws regarding alcohol service. You will also pour tasting samples, assist with inventory, stock merchandise, and represent our company at both on-site and off-site events. Flexibility is key, as the position may require you to shift roles during a workday, handle special projects, and communicate needs or issues to management efficiently.

Our work environment includes the Bar, Retail Shop, and Production Facility. We offer flexible schedules that encompass both day and evening shifts, with some weekend availability required. Physical endurance is important as you will be standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting moderately heavy boxes. Working in this role means being part of a team dedicated to growing a remarkable brand while delivering exceptional experiences to an appreciative audience.
