Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years previous customer service or dealing with the public
- 1+ year handling multiple phone lines
- Software experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook and other internet applications
- Some experience using scheduling and/or reservation software
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Satisfactory completion of background investigation
- Satisfactory completion of drug test
