Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Some office experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Detail oriented and organized
- Good basic math skills
- Some computer knowledge
- Ability to make sound operational decisions in challenging situations
- Working knowledge of Unimatic/FIDS
- Highly motivated
- Good work attendance and performance
- Proven ability to communicate in challenging or stressful situations
- Ability to deal with the public and internal staff

Job Duties
- Receives incoming calls, coordinates with staff and kitchen personnel to ensure outbound trolleys are on schedule
- Monitors computers to determine arriving flight times to arrange for drivers to meet aircraft for unloading/loading
- Provides accurate and timely information to transportation supervisors and leads
- Coordinates with Meal Planners regarding irregularities and changes
