Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Some office experience
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Detail oriented and organized
- Basic math skills
- Some computer literacy
- Ability to make sound operational decisions in challenging situations
- Good attendance and work performance
- Proven communication skills in challenging environments
- Ability to interact with public and staff

Job Duties
- Receives incoming calls, coordinates with staff and kitchen personnel to ensure outbound trolleys are on schedule
- Monitors computers to determine arriving flight times to arrange for drivers to meet aircraft for unloading/loading
- Provides accurate and timely information to transportation supervisors / leads
- Coordinates with Meal Planners regarding irregularities and changes
- Communicates effectively with internal staff and external customers
- Uses Unimatic/FIDS to gather necessary information
- Makes sound operational decisions in challenging situations
