Job Requirements

- Must be able to read, write, and speak English

- Good basic math skills
- Some computer knowledge
- Ability to make sound operational decisions
- Working knowledge of Unimatic/FIDS systems
- Proven ability to communicate in challenging situations
- Ability to deal with the public and internal staff

Job Duties
- Receives incoming calls and coordinates with staff and kitchen personnel to ensure outbound trolleys are on schedule
- Monitors computers to determine arriving flight times and arranges for drivers to meet aircraft for unloading/loading
- Provides accurate and timely information to transportation supervisors and leads
- Coordinates with Meal Planners regarding irregularities and changes
- Communicates effectively in challenging and stressful situations
- Makes sound operational decisions in challenging situations
- Uses Unimatic/FIDS systems to gather necessary flight information
