Job Duties
- Ensure that orders are filled in a timely and efficient manner while providing outstanding customer service
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers to ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered in a timely manner
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
