Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year of data entry or clerical experience
- preferred 2 years of experience in airline catering
- valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain Airport Transport Authority badge
- compliance with company policies
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- advanced typing skills
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- strong organizational skills
- ability to make sound operational decisions under pressure
- highly motivated
- good attendance and solid work performance
- normal office environment
- may be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Obtains final count of passengers on each flight from computer printouts or telephone information
- receives and documents passenger count, flight number, and ship number information electronically or manually
- communicates changes to operations such as aircraft or gate changes
- keeps records of all incoming and outgoing information
- routes records for corrections and distributes corrected records to designated departments
- directs transportation employees on changes occurring on the apron through radio communications
- works in Tower operations and monitors Gate Management tools
- receives phone calls and communicates with superintendents and ramp supervisors via telephone and radio
