Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in call taking, dispatching, or customer service preferred
- ability to multitask and manage multiple phone lines
- typing accuracy
- pleasant disposition
- cash management skills
- fluency in English
- ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Covid-19 vaccination or willingness to vaccinate
- reliable and punctual
- able to work 24/7 scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications

- answering phone calls and managing multiple lines

- managing cash transactions and processing payments
- dispatching towing vehicles and coordinating with drivers
- maintaining knowledge of Seattle area routes and locations
- adhering to company policies and maintaining a pleasant disposition
