The fine dining venues Carthay Circle and Club 33 hold unique historical significance tied to Walt Disney himself — Club 33 being a private membership club founded by Walt, and Carthay Circle commemorating the theatre of Walt’s groundbreaking animated film debut. Working within these prestigious restaurants means collaborating with some of the most talented Disney Chefs in a dynamic, high-volume environment where culinary innovation and excellence are celebrated every day.
We are inviting dedicated culinary professionals to become part of our team through exciting hourly opportunities available at our upcoming Culinary Job Event on Wednesday, July 16th, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, held at the Disneyland Resort Casting Center. This event offers candidates the chance to engage directly with our Recruitment Team, discover diverse fine dining roles, and learn how to contribute to our mission of delivering unparalleled dining experiences that enchant and delight our guests.
The hourly roles available include full-time positions such as Dinner Cook and Specialty Cook at Napa Rose, and Dinner Cook plus Signature Restaurant Demi Chef at Carthay Circle and Club 33. These positions require culinary professionals who are passionate about fine dining, have strong organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a minimum of two years of culinary experience or equivalent education, and have a deep commitment to providing excellent guest service.
Disneyland Resort offers a unique working atmosphere that fosters professional growth alongside some of the most skilled culinary experts in the industry, including guidance from Disney Culinary Director Andrew Sutton. As part of this team, employees will utilize advanced culinary techniques including braising, roasting, sautéing, and knife skills to prepare exquisite dishes that uphold Disney's standard of magical hospitality. Flexibility in working hours is essential, given operational demands that extend to nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
In addition to competitive pay rates ranging from $27.50 to $30.00 per hour depending on the role, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their well-being and career advancement. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
