Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Passion for culinary and delighting guests with food
Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field or culinary degree with equivalent experience
Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
Ability to follow recipes in a mass volume setting
Strong organizational skills, working with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
Strong listening skills and ability to take direction
Desire to provide excellent guest service and work as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
