Job Duties

clean prep equipment silverware glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
keep the dish pit organized
assist the kitchen in keeping line and prep areas clean and organized
keep up with dish load during low and high volume hours
maintain adequate levels of clean tableware at all times
keep dish room sparkling and organized
mop and sanitize kitchen floors and back of house areas
fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation
