- ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- cleaning all prep equipment silverware glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
- keep the dish pit organized and assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean
- keep up with the dish load during low and high volume hours while maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware at all times
- keep the dish room sparkling and organized and the kitchen floors and back of house areas mopped and sanitized
- fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
- follow safety and sanitation procedures
- stand for long periods of time
