Job Duties
- Clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes according to sanitation requirements
- Keep the dish pit organized and clean
- Assist the kitchen in maintaining cleanliness and organization of line and prep areas
- Manage dish load during low and high volume hours to maintain adequate levels of clean tableware
- Maintain cleanliness of dish room, kitchen floors, and back of house areas by mopping and sanitizing
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation
- Follow safety procedures while performing all duties
