Job Duties
- Clean all prep equipment according to sanitation requirements
- Clean silverware, glassware, and dishes
- Keep the dish pit organized
- Assist kitchen in keeping line and prep areas clean
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware at all times
- Mop and sanitize kitchen floors and back of house areas
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operation
