Job Duties

Clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
Keep the dish pit organized
Assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean
Manage dish load during low and high volume hours
Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware at all times
Keep dish room sparkling and organized
Mop and sanitize kitchen floors and back of house areas
Fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
