Job Duties
- clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
- keep the dish pit organized and assist kitchen in keeping line and prep areas clean and organized
- keep up with dish load during low and high volume hours while maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room
- mop and sanitize kitchen floors and back of house areas
- fill in as needed to support smooth and efficient restaurant operation
