Job Duties

Clean prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes according to sanitation requirements
Keep dish pit organized
Assist kitchen in keeping line and prep areas organized and clean
Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware at all times
Keep dish room sparkling and organized
Mop and sanitize kitchen floors and back of house areas
Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation
