Job Duties
- Clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
- keep the dish pit organized
- assist kitchen in keeping line and prep areas organized and clean
- maintain adequate levels of clean tableware during low and high volume hours
- keep dish room and back of house areas mopped and sanitized
- fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
