Job Duties
- Clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
- Keep the dish pit organized
- Assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas clean and organized
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware at all times
- Keep the dish room sparkling and organized
- Mop and sanitize kitchen floors and Back of House areas
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
