The role at Sierra Medical Center is centered around the Food & Nutrition Services department, where the successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Food & Nutrition Services Director, Supervisor, or Lead. The position is an integral part of the team responsible for supporting hospital nutrition and food service operations, focusing specifically on dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the food service area. The dishwasher plays a crucial role in ensuring that all kitchen and food service equipment is properly sanitized and that the dietary environment meets the hospital’s stringent standards of hygiene and safety.
