Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
Good communication skills
Dependability and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a dishwasher or utility role is beneficial but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Team player with good communication skills
Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are clean and sanitized
Maintain stocked supplies for culinary and service teams
Clean and maintain restrooms to company standards
Keep restaurant facilities and grounds clean and orderly
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
Support team members and foster a positive work environment
Assist with other cleaning duties as assigned
