Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods
Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Willingness to adhere to Yard House's house rules and culture
Reliable transportation or means of commute

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in dishwashing or similar roles is beneficial but not mandatory
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Basic understanding of sanitation and safety protocols
Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in restrooms, facilities, and grounds
Stock supplies for culinary and service teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Collaborate with team members to uphold Yard House's standards and culture
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with health regulations
Assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed
Report maintenance issues promptly to management
