Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous dishwashing or kitchen utility experience preferred
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good physical stamina
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to health standards
Maintain restrooms, facilities, and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition
Stock supplies for culinary and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly and promptly
Support the kitchen and wait staff as needed to provide excellent guest service
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant environment
