Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are cleaned and sanitized promptly
- maintain restrooms, facilities, and restaurant grounds to meet cleanliness and sanitation standards
- manage and restock kitchen and service supplies
- support culinary and service teams as needed
- follow all safety and sanitation protocols
- assist with waste disposal and recycling
- collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
