This role is for Dishwasher/Utility Team Members who play a crucial part in the smooth operation of the kitchen and overall restaurant. These team members are the backbone of the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness of supplies which helps maintain the high standards Yard House is known for. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.90 to $20.25 per hour, as well as flexible work schedules and other benefits like sick pay and health and well-being benefits. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- capable of lifting moderate weight
- effective communication skills
