Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- maintain restrooms, facilities, and grounds to meet sanitation and guest expectations
- stock supplies needed by culinary and service teams
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- assist with general cleaning duties around the restaurant as needed
- support team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- comply with company policies and procedures
