The Dishwasher/Utility Team Member role at Yard House is an essential position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and dining facilities. This role is critical for ensuring that the culinary and service teams have the necessary clean and stocked supplies to operate efficiently throughout their shifts. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively in a team
No prior criminal convictions that would impact employment eligibility

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a dishwasher or kitchen utility role preferred
Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Maintain restrooms and facilities to meet sanitation guidelines
Keep stock of cleaning supplies and communicate inventory needs
Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and dining areas
Support culinary and service teams by providing timely access to clean supplies
Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies
