Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months experience in dishwashing in a busy restaurant
  • ability to work flexible hours including lunch and dinner

Job Duties

  • operate dishwashing machines and wash utensils and kitchen equipment manually
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
  • assist in kitchen cleaning duties as needed
  • properly sort and dispose of waste and recycling
  • support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly
  • follow health and safety regulations
  • communicate effectively with kitchen team members
