Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience in dishwashing in a busy restaurant
- ability to work flexible hours including lunch and dinner
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- ability to follow instructions accurately

- passion for teamwork and kitchen culture

Job Duties
- operate dishwashing machines and wash utensils and kitchen equipment manually
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- assist in kitchen cleaning duties as needed
- properly sort and dispose of waste and recycling
- support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly
- follow health and safety regulations
- communicate effectively with kitchen team members
