Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods, bend frequently, and occasionally stoop or crawl
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and push or pull up to 150 pounds
- Good manual dexterity for use of common equipment

Job Duties
- Maintaining the cleanliness of food and beverage operations including sweeping, mopping, washing counters, and scrubbing kitchen mats
- Assisting cafeteria attendants and cooks with setup, breakdown, and cleanliness
- Monitoring trash and recycling levels and removing when needed
- Washing pots, pans, kettles, skillets, and floor drains
- Cleaning china, silverware, and glassware using dish machine or by hand
- Stocking cook line with necessary dishware and equipment
- Assisting with banquet function breakdown and washing dishes from events
- Providing exceptional guest service by demonstrating genuine hospitality and teamwork
- Following all safety and security procedures
- Performing other duties as required to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards
