Job Duties
- cleaning, sanitizing, and drying china, glassware, silverware, and other equipment
- ensuring tables are kept clean and presentable with clean china, glassware, silverware, and linen
- maintaining the dish washing station and operating washing machines
- organizing and placing items in trays for washing
- cleaning vents, scrubbing trash cans, cleaning under tables, detailed chair cleaning
- cleaning ice bins, replacing light bulbs, setting up sanitizers, cleaning floor sweepers, emptying and disposing of trash
- approaching guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintaining high personal appearance standards including proper uniform and name tag use
