Job Duties
- wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, dishes, and tables
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- organize and store cleaned items appropriately
- follow health and safety guidelines
- assist other team members when needed
- manage dishwashing equipment and report any maintenance issues
- ensure timely availability of clean dishes for service
