Job Requirements

Job Duties
- wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, dishes, and tables
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning duties as needed
- adhere to all sanitation and safety standards
- support team members to ensure timely turnover of clean dishes and utensils
- report any maintenance issues with equipment
