The Dishwasher/Server position at Larksfield Place is a full-time role that offers a balanced shift schedule tailored to support the community’s dining operations effectively. This role requires working two shifts as a dishwasher and three shifts as a server per week, with shifts scheduled from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Additionally, working every other weekend is required. The starting pay is competitive, beginning at $15 per hour and is based on prior experience. In this dual-role, you will be integral to maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized kitchen and dining environment. Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen work areas is key, including adherence to chemical handling and temperature guidelines that meet food safety standards. You'll also support waste disposal and thorough cleaning of dish storage areas and floors.

As a server, although the description focuses primarily on the dishwasher role, the expectation includes assisting with dining services by supporting the kitchen and dining team to provide a high-quality experience for residents.
