Job Duties
- operate dishwashing machines and ensure thorough cleaning of all dishes and kitchen utensils
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
- monitor and replenish dishwashing supplies
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- communicate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
- support overall kitchen operations to ensure timely service
