Job Description
Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group (LVRG) is a distinguished franchisee of the renowned casual dining chain, Red Robin. With a history spanning back to 1993, when the first LVRG Red Robin restaurant opened, and the original Red Robin dating all the way back to 1969, LVRG is deeply rooted in its mission to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The company envisions itself as the Best Operating Group within the entire Red Robin network and aims to be recognized as the Favorite Casual Dining Concept throughout Eastern and Central Pennsylvania. At its core, LVRG commits to fostering an environment that not only prioritizes excellence in service and quality but also establishes itself as a truly great place to work.
LVRG’s dedication to workplace safety and employee well-being has been formally recognized through a 2020 Award of Excellence in Workplace Safety, Diversity & Inclusion, and Compensation & Benefits. This commitment is further reflected in their strict COVID-19 mitigation efforts, ensuring a safe and secure workplace for all employees and guests alike. The group encourages flexibility by offering flexible working hours and cultivates a fun, exciting workplace atmosphere. There's a strong focus on employee growth with clear advancement opportunities, alongside various incentives such as referral bonuses, and extensive discounts on food, travel, electronics, tickets, and more. These efforts demonstrate LVRG's holistic approach to employee satisfaction and engagement.
Currently, LVRG is actively seeking Dishwashers to join their back-of-house team. This role is fundamental to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth service experience. Dishwashers at LVRG are valued team members responsible for operating dish machines and managing the washing of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and display strong team spirit and communication skills. While previous restaurant experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement, opening the door for motivated candidates eager to begin or continue a career in the vibrant hospitality industry.
By joining LVRG as a Dishwasher, employees become part of a dynamic team that contributes directly to the overall guest experience at one of the country's most beloved casual dining concepts. The role offers a wonderful opportunity to work in a lively and supportive environment, gain valuable skills, and benefit from the company’s strong culture of recognition and reward. LVRG believes in the power of a well-run back-of-house team to keep their operation running smoothly and to uphold the standards that keep guests coming back for more. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, value teamwork, and want to be part of a company that values its people just as much as the quality of its food, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
