The Dishwasher role at Red Robin is an entry-level position crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen. In addition to base pay, Dishwashers receive a free meal with each shift, which enhances the overall compensation package. Red Robin also provides flexible work schedules and a substantial employee discount of 50% on Red Robin food, with a 25% discount extended to family members. Employees can participate in referral bonuses for bringing new team members onboard, further rewarding contributions to the growth of the team.

Additional benefits include comprehensive health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage for employees aged 18 and above. Eligible employees may also take part in the Employee Stock Purchase Program after one year of service with a commitment of 20 or more hours per week.
