Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using dishwasher machines or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, walls, and workstations
- Sort and store clean dishes and kitchen tools in their proper places
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and promptly
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when necessary
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Support the kitchen team with other duties as assigned
