Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation required
- Must be able to work varying shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to adhere to kosher kitchen standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role
- Ability to work in a kosher kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow kitchen sanitation and safety protocols
- Capability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Good physical stamina for standing and manual tasks
- Team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Help maintain a Kosher kitchen
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
- Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
