Job Duties
- maintain a clean kitchen and properly wash and sort dishes
- assist with food preparation to support kitchen operations
- adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness protocols
- ensure dishwashing equipment is operating efficiently and report malfunctions
- organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and cookware
- support the kitchen team during busy periods by adapting to various tasks as needed
- contribute to a safe and hygienic work environment
