Job Duties
- Thoroughly wash and store all service ware, cookware and utensils used in food preparation and service
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Organize and keep the kitchen workspace orderly and efficient
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring timely availability of clean equipment and dishes
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols consistently
- Demonstrate excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
