Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- ability to stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- capable of lifting and carrying 30 plus lbs
- ability to work in hot and humid environments
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
Job Qualifications
- must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- ability to work as a team with kindness and respect towards co-workers
- reliability and strong work ethic
- previous experience in a restaurant environment preferred but not required
Job Duties
- adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
- organize dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaning
- safely handle and change out dish machine chemicals as needed
- wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment
- deliver dishes, utensils, and equipment to their designated locations
- promptly report equipment quality issues to a manager
- complete all opening, closing, and side duties
