Job Requirements
- must be 17 or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- physically able to perform dishwashing duties including lifting and moving heavy items
- willingness to learn and grow with the company
- must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is an advantage
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- basic food safety knowledge
Job Duties
- maintain a clean kitchen by properly washing and sorting dishes
- assist with food preparation as needed
- adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
- support kitchen staff to ensure efficient back-of-house operations
- manage dishwashing equipment and ensure it is used correctly
- organize and store kitchenware appropriately
- contribute to a positive work environment by working collaboratively with team members
