Job Requirements

  • must be 17 or older
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • reliable and punctual
  • able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • physically able to perform dishwashing duties including lifting and moving heavy items
  • willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • must comply with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is an advantage
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • basic food safety knowledge

Job Duties

  • maintain a clean kitchen by properly washing and sorting dishes
  • assist with food preparation as needed
  • adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
  • support kitchen staff to ensure efficient back-of-house operations
  • manage dishwashing equipment and ensure it is used correctly
  • organize and store kitchenware appropriately
