Job Requirements

  • Must be reliable and hard-working
  • ability to work well with others
  • ability to stand and stoop for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in heat and cold conditions
  • able to work the specified evening shift from 1pm to 8:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Job Qualifications

  • Must be reliable and hard-working
  • ability to work well with others
  • prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required
  • basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • Manages the flow of the dishes used in food preparation and plating for guest
  • washes and cleans all food service utensils, plates, glasses and serving ware as well as pots and pans used to prepare food
  • assists with cleaning of workstations as needed
  • assists with food preparation when needed
  • performs other job duties as specified by the Chef, General Manager or Food and Beverage Manager
