Job Requirements

minimum high school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
basic understanding of health and safety regulations
reliable and punctual
good communication skills

Job Qualifications

previous experience in a similar role preferred
understanding of kitchen sanitation practices
ability to operate dishwashing equipment
strong work ethic
good time management skills
ability to work effectively in a team
attention to detail

Job Duties

remove trash from kitchen
operate dishwashing machine
assist in heavy cleaning duties including cleaning and sanitation of kitchen, equipment, small wares, pots/pans
participate in special cleaning projects as assigned
assist with food preparation
maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
adhere to health and safety standards
