Job Requirements

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 30lbs on a regular basis
Flexible availability including nights and weekends
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to clearly communicate with team members
Willingness to comply with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience in food service or similar environment is preferred but not required
Ability to prepare basic beverages such as juices, smoothies, tonics, and coffee
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
Flexible to work nights and weekends
Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

Work closely with the tonic bar team and support overall operations
Handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain sanitation for the back of the house including garbage removal and cleaning floors, coolers, freezers, and stock areas
Keep the dish pit, line, and prep areas organized and clean
Replenish dishes, blenders, and other necessary supplies
Assist tonic bar clerks by preparing juice, smoothie, tonic, and coffee bar drinks while maintaining high productivity and excellent customer service
Communicate effectively with the tonic bar manager on supplies and equipment needs
Perform other duties as assigned by management
