The role we are offering is a combined Dishwasher, Busser, and Porter position crucial to the smooth daily operations of our restaurant. This multifaceted position involves various responsibilities including cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, managing trash, and keeping dining areas and outdoor spaces spotless. The successful candidate will also stock necessary supplies in dish and silverware areas, prepare equipment for cleaning spills, and maintain the cleanliness of dish machines and stations throughout the day. The role demands a high standard of cleanliness, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to maintain safety and sanitation regulations consistently. This position is vital to keeping the restaurant running efficiently and ensuring all guests have a pleasant experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in cleaning or restaurant work helpful but not required
  • reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Clean bathrooms, stock paper and soap products in men and ladies restrooms
  • sweep entire restaurant including entrance halls and place floormats in proper areas
  • replace trash can liners and clean out trash cans at beginning, as needed, and end of shift
  • mop entire restaurant with clean mop head and cleaning water
  • prepare a clean mop and bucket for spills throughout the day
  • stock dish and silverware areas
  • stock stations with appropriate cleaning supplies
  • periodically sweep the restaurant throughout the shift
  • maintain dish area and dish machine cleanliness
  • clean parking lot and all outdoor areas around the building
  • end of night all floors mopped, all trash consolidated to one can, all trash cans hosed out and cleaned, all dishes cleaned and put away
