Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs regularly
- Must be flexible to work nights and weekends based on business needs
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate clearly
Job Qualifications
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Handle all food, storage and cleaning activities for the store location in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain sanitation for the back of the house including removing garbage, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas
- Keep the dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean
- Replenish dishes in the front and back of the house
- Communicate clearly with the Culinary Manager on supplies and equipment needs
- Work closely with culinary team to support overall cafe operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
