Job Duties

work closely with culinary team and support overall cafe operations
handle all food, storage and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
maintain sanitation for the back of the house including removing garbage, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas
keep dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean
replenish dishes in the front and back of the house
communicate clearly with the Culinary Manager on supplies and equipment needs
perform other duties as assigned by management
