Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous dishwashing experience preferred
ability to work from 3pm to midnight mainly on weekends
ability to stand for extended periods
physical ability to perform dishwashing tasks
willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols
ability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a restaurant dishwasher role preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail and thoroughness
ability to handle fragile dishware carefully
strong teamwork skills
good communication skills
reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

Cleaning all dishes and materials for sushi chefs
ensuring all areas are clean and ready for guests
being adaptive in a small fine dining environment
hand washing fragile dishware
maintaining stock of clean dishes and utensils
assisting in organizing prep materials
supporting team with overall cleanliness and sanitation
