The Dishwasher role at Oak View Group is a seasonal, hourly position designed to support the culinary team by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen environment. Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas, kitchen floors, storage areas, and trash stations
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- ensure clean dishes and kitchen supplies are properly stored and organized
- remove trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste promptly and safely
- assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, workstations, walls, and food preparation areas as assigned
- support kitchen staff by maintaining adequate levels of clean cookware, utensils, and service items during busy periods
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or supply shortages to management
